Hitchweb should be the web shopping experience that online stores are aiming for. Their site is well laid out and easy to put together a working combination of products you need for your application. Their online chat rep gave very accurate information on when to expect my order to arrive once placed. The shipping was extremely quick. I placed my order on a Friday around 10 am. I received my wiring kit on Monday, and the rest of the parts on Wednesday, which is exactly when the online chat rep said. I was originally going to order everything from a local hitch shop as there was not much price difference between the two and I figured I would be safer getting the right parts from the local shop. However, I decided to go with Hitchweb as the local shop said it would take two weeks to get the correct hitch in. Here it is less than a week after placing the order and the hitch and wiring is installed and ready I'm ready to start pulling.
