I reached out to Hitchweb to inquire about the tracking for my order. I received both an email and a text to confirm the tracking number.
The third party courier service required confirmation from Hitchweb that I could pick up my package rather than waiting a few days for delivery. Hitchweb immediately reached out to the courier and I was able to pick up my package that afternoon.
